「何社にも応募しましたが、女性だからという理由で断られることが多く、永広産業で面接の機会をいただけて、本当に嬉しかったです。」

入社後、前川さんは念願だったダンプドライバーとして第一歩を踏み出しました。永広産業では、勤務時間や業務内容の希望を尊重し、家庭の状況にも配慮してくれる体制が整っています。たとえば、前川さんの要望に応じて、早朝の作業が中心となるスケジュールが組まれ、家族との時間も大切にすることができています。

「勤務時間について相談できるのは本当にありがたいです。私にとって、家庭と仕事のバランスをとることはとても重要だったので、柔軟な対応をしていただける職場環境に感謝しています。」

また、同僚や上司からのサポートもあり、入社時から丁寧な指導が行われました。業務の安全管理やダンプ車両の日常点検についても細かく教えてもらい、今では自信を持って仕事に取り組んでいます。

「現場で必要なことは何でも教えてもらえますし、困ったときはすぐに相談できる雰囲気があります。女性でも安心して働ける環境があることを、もっと多くの方に知ってほしいです。」

現在、前川さんは工事現場で資材や土砂を運搬するダンプドライバーとして、毎日充実した日々を送っています。地域のインフラを支える仕事に携わる中で、社会に貢献している実感を得ているそうです。

「夢を追い続けて本当に良かったです。諦めなければ必ずチャンスは巡ってくると思います。これからも安全運転を心掛けながら、自分の役割を全うしていきたいです。」
